We put together a plan (a relatively expensive one, it's perhaps true) that the administration did not feel satisfied its cost-benefit analysis. But now USFtv has bubbled up from the bottom, which I do not use pejoratively. As David says, it was conceived and created by students, almost -- I got the impression -- without the administration knowing about it. About the time some of us gave up, the students got busy, and that is quite delightful. I hope its journalism component will thrive -- no disrespect to its documentarians and entertainers.
